The website www.sinaclinic.sk is primarily an informational website.

Provision of healthcare
Processing is necessary for the provision of healthcare, diagnosis, treatment, maintenance of medical records and fulfilment of the healthcare provider's statutory obligations.

Payments and accounting
For paid services, we process information necessary to record payments, issue accounting documents and comply with accounting and tax obligations.

eČakáreň is a separate external service and its use is governed by its own terms and conditions and privacy policy.
The website may also contain links to other external services, including Google Maps, Facebook, Instagram, mobile application stores and other websites.
Once you follow an external link, the processing of personal data is governed by the privacy rules of the relevant service provider.
8. Retention of Personal Data
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purpose for which they were collected or for the period required by applicable law.
Medical records are retained for the periods prescribed by applicable healthcare legislation.
Accounting and tax documents are retained for the statutory retention periods.
Information relating to communications or requests is retained only for as long as necessary to deal with the relevant matter and, where justified, to demonstrate the communication subsequently.
